previous we purchased was amazing , Waterford quality. the one just received was BAD . one glass base do not sit flat, I land it on table top it wobble. not stable. another glass had black speck within glass that won’t come off! serious?! what happened to factory inspect before send out to consumers？ now I’m question Waterford quality control dept. sending

I bought these for my recently engaged daughter and her fiancé to be used at the reception. They’re beautiful and I hope they become family heirlooms to be used for years to come. Beautiful packaging as well.

Manufactures defect
I purchased his glasses and they separated from the base where it is thick to the body of the glass. They sheared off, clean, cut separation, had them for a year too late to return contacted seller with no response I bought two sets, and two out of the four separated, the same. I was able to return one because this happened during the warranty time. This is obviously a manufactures defect.
