My worst experience

I ordered this sofa and the salesman told me that they had 6 in stock and I will get it in a week. It ended being 12 weeks. It was sitting in the warehouse for a month. I ask for a swatch 6 times and they never send it. This is the Worst customer service, all they do is lie to you about the status, so you won't cancel the order. After waiting for 12 weeks finally I got it delivered. I HATE the color, it's beige with a yellow undertone. The back cushions are sagging as if it were an old sofa. I called Customer Service and they sent an inspector. He repositioned the filling and said that's all he can do. After an hour it looked the same. I am VERY UPSET. I sold a leather set sofa from Macys and owned it for 10 years, and it looked better than this in a month. The only good thing about the Emilio is that it is very comfortable. I will never buy furniture at Macys. the quality is not good
