love it

I bought this sofa as a house warming gift. The recipient has children. They all absolutely love it. They love the attached armrests. It was easy to assemble and they love the firmness. They enjoy especially during movie night. Great product for the price.

Cheaply Made

The cushions are attached; they don’t come off and the arm rests are removable-the men who deliver the sofa didn’t attach them because it is impossible! There are tracks that must match up perfectly in order to install them. The sofa is only slightly bigger than a loveseat. Customer service is a joke-beside being impossible to understand the heavy accents, the agents don’t know how to resolve complex problems. I remember how classy Macys used to be-it’s why I chose to buy this overpriced soft here. Not any longer. I won’t be buying any big-ticket merchandise again.
