Stylish and "Cool" looking but hard to wear.

I bought these Wedge Sandals in the dark blue Denim color to go with levis/jeans. They look very nice in person and the cork base adds a bit of elegance. The heel strap is all one piece of elastic which helps it fit snuggly to your foot. They would have been perfect except that the metal grommets holding up the heel strap are so hard against both sides of my foot that it left red dents in the skin just in the few minutes I was walking around my house. The metal presses against the bones of the foot and there was no way to loosen that pressure. I was so sad I had to return them. Macy's does make the return process very easy which I appreciated very much.
