canceling the order

I purchase the shoes that was available on March 27 and kept waiting for delivery and when I checked the account today, I noticed it says "canceled" with no explanation or notification to me. WHY.? I would like to get that shoes that I originally ordered and according to your website it was available! This is a very bad service!

Shoes run about 1/2 size too small

Cute Shoes but run tight (in part because it's a pointy toe) so size up to increase comfort. I wish I had purchased 7.5 instead of 7. Not super comfortable.
