Flawed design

This product does not work. My shoe closet is a mess now after putting this up and then it constantly falling off the hooks. The design is flawed. There isn’t anything to help keep the thing on the hooks because the holes are just too big And when you put the shoes in it it gets too heavy so the hooks start to bend and it eventually collapses. There is no way to contact the manufacturer. What a waste of my time, energy, and money.
