Never received them

I ordered the shoes on Macy.com on Jan 4th. It's Jan 22nd and still haven't received a notification that my order is ready for pickup. The tracking number says it was delivered to the store on Herald on Jan 12th. I personally went to the store on Jan 17th, they had no idea where my order was. I am requesting a refund...still waiting.

Love and dislike

Was given these boots for my birthday in December, I love the look of the boot and they are very comfortable. I have only worn these boots 3 times and now when I walk there is a creaking sound coming from the boot heel. It started with the left boot after just wearing the boots twice and now the right after the 3rd wear. Dislike that I make noise when I walk but love the boot.
