I’m very disappointed. When I opened the coffee maker I received, it was clearly used with coffee stains on it. Now, I have to spend my time returning it. They offered to resend a new one, but that doesn't change the inconvenience. I have to use my gas and time to return something that should have been brand new. I contacted customer service, and they agreed to send me a replacement.

Because I have had problems with a popular coffee maker,. for me, a consideral expense I chose the more ecomenical Willow brand. I am somewhat disappointed but feel I got what I paid for
