Stopped working after 1.5 month
I purchased this coffee maker on 9/9/25 and it stopped working on 10/31/25 (too late for returns...). I used it 3 or 4 times a week, only used the filter that came with it, and wiped it down after each use and let it air dry. I babied it as I hate purchasing appliances and wanted it to last me a good long time. I descaled it twice with a white vinegar/water mix. On the day it stopped working, the lights lit up as usual and it started to heat up, but there was a slight burning smell and it only produced a small amount of coffee before shutting itself off. I let it cool down, then cleaned it with a damp rag and put a small amount of vinegar and water into the water reservoir in case there was mineral buildup somewhere. After letting the vinegar water sit for the remainder of the day, I plugged it back in and there was nothing -- not even lights this time. It worked great up until then and produced decently hot, good-tasting coffee but it died after hardly more than a month of light use.

I purchased recently a very well-known name brand single cup coffee maker. Multiple times it was shut down on me. It was too complicated to clean I would only get a couple of cups and it would just lock up so I threw it over the balcony I didn't care about the warranty. This Willow has been perfect I love the cream color. I love that it's simple. And it makes the coffee extremely hot. Perfect so grateful. Sometimes a list is more! Very happy with this product.

My original purchase was months ago through the VA. When my product started to malfunction, I reached out and explained what happened. Shortly afterwards, I received a replacement coffee machine. Such a great product! And not the only appliance I from from Willow!!

How do you use it
My question is, why is the water chamber so small? And do I keep the plastic in the water chamber or remove it?
