Poor quality and safety issue

I have always held Wilton products in high regard but these mini pans are the exception. I used them for the first time today and when I removed all 8 mini loaves I noticed that the pans were peeling in all 4 corners of all 8 pans. It was a gray metallic film that had pulled away from the pan and was flaking off. I didn't see any of the film on the bread but decided not to keep the bread as I didn't want to gift anyone a homemade food in a pan that shed its coating during baking which could be a health and safety issue. I cannot recommend these pans.
