WRONG SHOE AND SIZE

I clearly ordered this shoe in the clear in a size 6 1/2 and someone sent me a white sandal in a size 8 which is clearly not my size nor the shoe that i ordered. I have been on hold trying to get in touch with Customer Service for almost 2 hours which i think is RIDICULOUS....

Beautiful Shoe

I am not a heel lady so it's sometimes difficult for me to walk in them with my back issues but these were so comfy and a show stopper!! The clear ones were beautiful

THIS IS A REALLY CUTE SHOE LIKE THE MESH THE REASON I GAVE IT A 3 STAR BECAUSE I GETTING VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MACYS THERE SHOES ARE NOT GOOD QUALITY ANYMORE I DON'T KNOW IF THEY CHANGE MANUFACTURING STONES MISSING HORRIBLE
