Terrible Quality and Customer Service !Avoid Macy!

Do not buy this item! If you encounter any issues, Macy’s will just refer you to a third party, who then takes 5 days to get back to you. Absolutely terrible customer service. To make things worse, the quality is cheap and disappointing. I even ended up with neck and back pain after assembling it. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this product—and anything else from Macy’s—since they do not take responsibility for the products they sell!
