They stick out with ballet flats

I refuse to not wear some sort of "sock" with an enclosed shoe. Gross. So, I was delighted to find these. Until I tried them on with shoes, and they stick out around the entire edge of the shoe. How ugly.

questionable product

I haven't worn these yet but for the high price, I would expect the quality Wolford usually sells. I hope I am not disappointed and they are are good as the Thigh Highs & knee highs which I always wear.
