Beautiful and elegant-looking gown!

I bought this gown as a backup for the actual gown that I intended to wear to my event. The fit and look of the gown is very beautiful and it looks very elegant. My event was at night indoors and the gown would have looked too dark so I did not wear but I'm going to keep it as I can wear it on other occasions.

Gorgeous dress, but...

This is a gorgeous dress. It's beautifully designed, flattering, and has beautiful fabric. I had two issues with it: 1. the bodice needs to be raised for a more flattering bra and waist line (I'm 5'3) and 2. it was finished poorly (more on that below). To look best, I would need to have a tailor cut into the shoulders and shorten the bodice, but there's no seam on the shoulders, just beautiful lace. Cannot do it. 2 Surprisingly, there are areas of fabric jutting above and beyond seams- as if the finisher didn't clip them. For such a beautiful dress it is surprising that they left it unfinished. I returned this dress.
