Cool Unique Rain Boot!

LOVE these as obvious rain boots because they are vinyl and so cool. However, they are quality vinyl and don't attempt to look like leather. Unfortunately these are a little tight on my left pinkie toe--bummer! The toebox is small--I have long but petite feet and these would And total bummer that I can't exchange them for a larger size. AND they are no longer on Flash Sale price so I can't purchase them to try a larger size. I wear size 9 because I lkie my shoes roomy and can take arch supports. These have tight toe beds.
