Zipper felt poorly made and hard to zip

Beautiful design, sized right, quality material

I enjoy a beautifully made handbag and this one did not disappoint. I usually go for larger totes but desired a smaller bag for spring/summer. At first glance it is beautifully designed with sturdy quality materials. Even the hardware is top notch, heavy duty and elegant. There is plenty of room for my small wallet, phone, keys, etc… The handle is the perfect length to wear comfortably on my shoulder. Overall, I give 5 stars for this RL handbag. This is my 2nd RL handbag in 2 months and and I look forward to purchasing more in the future.
