Defective Quality

Disappointed with the robe as a Christmas gift. The robe looked nice, but the quality is not what I have experienced with Macys. The stitching on one of the arm seams was torn or missing, leaving about a 4 plus inch opening in the arm. There was also about a 1/2 to 3/4 inch hole in the robe’s fabric. Unfortunately this was found by the recipient. I felt terrible giving what I thought would be a high quality gift that was defective. Inspect this item carefully before accepting it or choose another product that will hopefully meet Macys level of quality.
