beautiful disappointed

I was so excited for this dress i had plans for it even got a pair of boots for it and when it came in it was violently ripped apart in more than one place. Makes me wonder who could have decided to package and send an item in this condition to someone. I now can’t buy it again no more medium. I’m very sad. It’s a great quality and would have looked good on me. I’ve bought from this brand before i love their stuff.
