Disappointed Used and Rusted Sandals Received
I ordered these sandals expecting a brand-new, high-quality pair, but what I received was extremely disappointing. The metal piece holding the decorative flowers together is rusted, and the rust has stained the floral embellishments, making them look old and worn. On top of that, the soles show visible wear, as if these had already been used. To make matters worse, I ordered these for a wedding where I am a bridesmaid, and now I’m left scrambling for a replacement at the last minute. For the price and from a retailer like Macy’s, I expected much better quality control. This is not the first time I’ve received damaged items from Macy’s, which is frustrating. I will be reaching out to customer service for a resolution, but I wanted to warn others—inspect your order carefully upon arrival! Would not recommend unless Macy’s addresses their quality issues
