NEVER RECEIVED MY BOOTS

I AM VERY UPSET THAT I NEVER RECEIVED MY BOOTS AND THE DELIVERY DRIVER SAID THEY WERE DELIVERED. WHENEVER DELIVERIES ARE MADE, THE DRIVER WILL RING OUR BELL AND THEY ARE RECORDED.
