Sizing way off

The quality of manufacture on this dress does not meet expectations. Especially for the price point. Also, the sizing is completely off, these dresses run a full size smaller than the item you purchase. I returned this dress a second time, after already sizing down one size, and it was still too tight! I am true size 8, and I have never encountered this type of issue from other dress makers.
