beware dress is defective

I purchased this dress for my daughters, sweet 16Party. The moment I put the dress on bead started falling from the dress the entire evening I found beads throughout the room. I did not sit down the entire time so I could not have rubbed on anything. Unless you wanna dress that’s gonna be missing beads the one time you wear it I would not waste the money on this product. I was told by Macy’s that I could return it and when I returned it to the Company, they sent it back to me and denied it. This is very frustrating.
