Sweet tote, handle broke

While I love my Ohio State Venture Tote, the first time I used it, with minimal weight(5lbs max) the handle/gray swivel broke

Sweet tote, handle broke

Great bag, ours just happened to com defective.

Great bag - but ours came with the snap broken that connected the handle to the bag. We will be returning it, but will definitely ask for an exchange as we like the bag. It's a great size!
