handle from shoulder strap ripped off

What a great purse!

The purse has a lot more room than I thought. I have received many compliments.

I loved it when I got it, it was the perfect size and I loved that it came with a shoulder strap! However, after only four months the purse really started to break down. The stitching all around the purse is starting to become undone, the stitching for the shoulder strap to clasp on to broke completely making it unable to use at all. It's only a matter of time before I can't use the bag at all. I've never had this experience with any purse before. I don't put many things in my bag besides the typical wallet, phone, keys, and some small toiletries, so it's not like I was overstuffing the bag.

Perfectly designed bag

I bought the blue one. This bag had everything I was look for:light colored interior, bottom protectors, shoulder strap plus handles, generous side pockets for my large phone, charger and/ or kindle.

Nice handbag

I like the handbag, it's a little smaller than I thought it would be and not quite the shade of pink it looked like on the website biut I am keeping it and carrying it now. I do recommend it if you don't need a large handbag.

beautiful bag but wears out quickly

This is a beautiful bag and it holds a lot. But after less than 7 months the straps are shredding and it doesn't look nice anymore. You get what you pay for I guess.

Purse staple worth the buy

The area for improvement would be the long strap. It is not as good as others and the weight distribution is not the best. However, I bought it on sale and the sturdiness is better than the brands in the ad. The compartments are all well-made and I would love to get another color.
