Odd Fit

I'm 5'8" and this I could have worn this as a dress if I pulled it up to my bust line, it's so long except then it would have been too short to wear a maxi skirt which is what I wanted and it would be quite expensive to have it hemmed. Also the waist band is stretch so I figured it would have plenty of give but it's too tight to be comfortable that way either so sadly returning. Such a cute print and nice material so I'm back to the hunt...
