Beautiful shoes - wrong size

These shoes took over 2 weeks to arrive. When they did, they had shipped the wrong size. I had ordered a wide width and received a medium width. They were very tight. The shoes would have perfect for the dress I wanted to wear them with. Very disappointed.

Please choose a more reputable company .

Great shoe, but they run a full size too large. It would help if customers were made aware of this problem prior to ordering. I don"t understand why all of my orders are always open and tampered with. This is highly distressing and not a good practice for MACY'S, especially when your company has always been a step above.

This shoe can be a winner for the hard-to-fit!

First of all, the shoe fits!!! ...the length and width are perfect! my only caveat is the looseness at the heel...this is not a deal-breaker, however...i have dealt with this before. This shoe is comfortable for having a pointed toe and timelessly stylish. It is perfect for dressy occasions and could even perk up a pair of jeans! Thank you all for such a lovely shoe design!

Great style and color

I bought these to go with a fall dress that I wear to fundraising events for an arts group. They look fabulous and were a little uncomfortable: the heel slipped a lot the first time I wore them, and my foot tended to push too far forward into the toe. I bought heel pad/liners that adhere to the back of the heel and that solved it. I've worn narrow Trotters for YEARS and was surprised to encounter this problem, as your sizing has been perfect. Perhaps this was a design fluke.

Well made shoes

I bought these shoes based on the high quality of Trotters. These shoes were online only and I bought a wide based on reviews. Unfortunately the wide is too wide for me so I am returning them. I also ordered another style very similar that I love! Quality and stylish shoes.

Cute but no...

I'm purchased with good intention and when I put my foot in immediately I already knew that it wasn't going to work. when I actually completed getting my foot in, because it was such a drab, it looked like Miss Piggy was wearing it. I've never really had a problem with my feet looking chubby even though I am a plus size female my feet have always been regular never wide. they are wide now due to an accident but this here, nah. very cute but didn't work they were returned same day as received.

Improper treatment toward consumers, it is common!

I think this is outrageous how you treat your consumers. This shoe remains up on line without the needed information required to purchase

Great kitten heel

Tried the sz 8 AA and was too small so ordered the 8.5 AA. I couldn't find an 8M. These are tight but hopefully stretch out a bit. I'm a true sz 8. I don't wear high heels any longer and these are the perfect height.
