WRONG item mailed to me. 4 separate times!

I've tried to buy this sweatshirt, but with the LA Kings on it, multiple times. I place the order, receipt is correct, but confirm email says Seattle. So it's getting changed somehow. Didn't notice the 1st time until it arrived. Attempted to order the LA one 4 more times, once over the phone with customer service, once with chat. Nobody can fix it, evidently, but they really tried. It's an IT problem, obviously. I waited 2 weeks then tried again today, still a problem. Can cancel within 30 min, and I got a refund for everything. But I still want the LA Kings one. It seems like a great sweatshirt, but a 1 star review is only other way I can think of to say HEY MACYS, CAN YOU FIX THIS PLEASE?

On the site, this is a SeaKraken hoodie. In my cart, this is a SeaKraken hoodie. At check out, yep still a SeaKraken hoodie. Once ordered: It suddenly becomes a Tampa Bay Lightning hoodie. NOOOOOOOOOOO!!! I want my sweet teal squidie logo!
