Poor quality, ill fitting coat w/no refund option

The brocade material looked pilled and is scratchy. I ordered a large and am a size 10. For a ‘swing coat’ it is cut too tight across the shoulders. For an $300 coat, it looked cheap and worn. Also, when I tried to return, I found out This a Macy’s Marketplace item which means you can’t take it to Macy’s for a refund. You have to ship it back to the seller (at your own cost) and even then you won’t get a refund, you get (supposedly) Macy’s store credit. I shipped/returned 3 weeks ago and crickets. If I would known the coat was un refundable and that store credit is the only refund option, I never would’ve bought it. Macy’s did not make this clear on their website.
