Not for the earrings but for the customer service

Some weeks ago, wanting to Take advantage of sales, my husband tried several times to order on your site, And each time, his order was cancelled without any reason. We wasted a lot of time and frustration for nothing! He called the customer service to find out what was going on and one of your colleagues re-ordered with us, and.... again, the order was cancelled the next day without even notifying us.....I order regularly from other sites and have never had a problem, so what's the matter with you? The result of this unfortunate affair is that I've wasted time and, what's more, the items I wanted are no longer on sale, !!!!! I'm really not happy!And really doesn't make me want to order from you anymore.....

Your sales associate, Beverly, was super helpful and worked with me to get the best gift for my granddaughter's 16th birthday while saving me the most money. In addition, Beverly was engaging and professional. There was no hard-sell, which I find very off-putting in sales associates.
