Faulty Clasp made operation too difficult

I really wanted to keep this sweet daisy bracelet but I could not operate the clasp without using a lot of force and then once I got it latched, I needed to use a lot of force again to get it to release. At some point the bracelet was going to break from all the force needed so I had to return it. Maybe it was just that one bracelet & I got the lemon but I didn't think I should be encountering such a faulty clasp in an expensive piece of jewelry and I wasn't willing to take a risk with getting another one.
