Missing item from online order

It was ok.

Its a nice piece of Jewelry to have in your collection, but the pictures are very misleading. The necklace has two bends on either in which makes the necklace look completely different. It makes it more formal. I will keep it , but very misleading.

Hard to take off

I love my necklace but it is extremely hard to put on and take off. I’m going to bring it back to Macys to be shown how to maneuver the locking mechanism. I bought it online
