Everything about it. The size, color, material and comfort are all excellent, just what we wanted. We paid for the White Glove Delivery and the 2 young men that delivered our love seat were on time, very pleasant , respectful and knowledgeable of how to maneuver the furniture to our second floor. They were efficient, and placed the couch exactly where we wanted. Done very quickly without appearing rushed and were finished in 10-15 minutes from the time of arrival to departure. They also deserve 5 stars.
