Great knives...expected a little more...

First off, the quality of the actual blades and handles are fantastic. They are well balanced, hold an edge and cut amazingly well. Why the low rating you ask? I was a little disappointed after paying quite a bit for this set and after such a short time (two months) that the logos were printed on the handle and have since washed off. These knives are not heavily used and I followed the washing and care directions to the "T" (hand wash and immediately dry...). The logos on the handles of the knives have worn away and some are just a white square. Again, they are fantastic knives and I enjoy using them immensely, I was just a little disappointed at the quality for the price I paid...

A cut above the rest

Very happy with knives thus far as they simply out perform everything I have ever used. My job has nothing to do with food nor do I love to cook at home, I am just a common user who wanted high quality knives. With that said I can't ask for a better product.

Best Knife set Ever

I bought this knife set for my son and family. We had a wonderful Christmas dinner. The steak knives cut the meat with ease. His sister-in-law says"Wow, cuts steak as if it were butter." Carving knife worked very well. No complaints at all.

Great Purchase!

Love this knife set. Ordered it after the Holidays. Extremely sharp! Seems to be high quality. Please be aware all the knives in this set have very pointed tips, which are also very sharp. I'm hoping this won't be a problem with use. I'd hate to end up with broken tips.

The Best!

These knives are the best: they are extremely sharp and make cutting easy. This set has many types of knives generally used so I am not wanting for anything more. I find I take care of them better and do not put them in the dishwasher.
