Wüsthof Classic!

I have had a set of inexpensive knifes for many years. Recently upgraded my collection to Wüsthof Classic. Completely pleased with their feel, balance and edge retention. Sharpest knifes I have ever imagined.

Best knives ever

The First One We Used

We no sooner unpackaged and washed this knife than we tried it on fresh Cuban bread, It allowed slices that were clean and thin, not even indentations on either side of the slices. It seemed like there was no resistance as the blade glided through to the bread.
