People o need to understand that fine knives need to be sharpened once a year

and be honed before every use. Otherwise you are just cutting with a dull blade.

These are my favorite 2 knives!

Love the small knife for most peeling and cutting jobs. The large one is great for chopping...just the right amount of curve to the blade. To make quick work of mincing garlic, I first smash it with the side of the chef's knife, peel, then chop. These are great quality knives!
