Other occasion to buy:They are Xbox headsets sold by Macy's that look great and feel just right when on your head. Snug, and good looking. To bad they don't work.

Macy's no good

After unboxing and using the headset it didn't take long for me to understand they were defective. On one side, I had to tilt my head to a certain angle and keep it that way for it to work. The other side was no good either. It's definitely not like they have sent me this on purpose. I reached out and I received an email so I could get a refund. They started the process, yet they never finished it! WHERE IS MY REFUND!? Now I have no product, and I've lost that money too.
