Lovely dress. Runs large

I really love this dress! However, I disagree that it "runs small" as stated in the size and fit section. I ordered a size 4P because I fit all the measurements almost exactly and it was huge! Probably 2-3" extra around the waist. I exchanged for a size 2P and it fits perfectly. For reference I am ~5'5" 125 lbs and the length is just right with low heels so I don't trip on it.
