beware Macy's does not provide alterations

Get what you pay for, it was disappointing to find out Macy's Does Not have alterations available even though the website says it does. come to find out they offer it at very very few stores. so the alterations I'm having to pay to an outside business, so adding that cost in was disappointing Macy's should change that information online. there was a price change and when I called they made the price adjustment, but they did not adjust and refund the tax.

NOT for Petites

This is not a dress for petites. I am 5'2" and it says it is good for 5'4" and under. I should have read the description which said the dress was 58" long from neck to hem. It is easily 4" too long, even with high heels. Also, the zipper didn't go up and down easily and the sleeves were not trimmed and had a rough edge. This is too much to spend for a dress of this quality.
