Happy with Macy's Delivery of Gown

Dress is beautiful and was shipped to me promptly. Appreciate the service of the salesperson at my local Macy's- named Sara. She was so kind and wonderful and I was thrilled that I was able to get it in my size so easily

Great Service

I was very impressed with how nicely the dress was shipped to me. It was on a hanger and neatly folded in tissue paper and placed in a box. I have received dresses recently from other stores and the dresses are bunched up in a bag, all wrinkled and inside out. The shipping time was very fast and prompt as well.

Beautiful Dress

I bought this dress for my daughter's wedding. The dress was not available in the store, so I purchased it online. The dress arrived and it was beautiful. The fit was perfect. The dress was a perfect navy. It seems to be high quality. DISCLOSURE: Since I had to order online and did not know how it would fit or look, I ordered a second, completely different dress. I did like the second dress better and returned this dress. However, it was a toss up, because this was a very pretty dress and had nothing to do with the quality or fit of this item.

Wrong color and runs extremely small.

I’m 5”3 normally wear size 10. I ordered a size larger size 12, dress didn’t even zip to my waist. Plus it’s not blush pink, it’s light brown! A very big disappointment.
