Dress Improperly Sized.

Dress did not proportionately fit - example, the sleeves were the width of a young child making it impossible to force an adult arm down. I am a size 8 and the dress slide on but without arms into dress and inability to zip dress up completely. Something was very wrong with the whole dress. Thought the price was high for the quality of the dress. Returned it.
