Beautiful dress runs a little big size down

I bought this dress in a size 8 first, then returned it and got a 6 still felt it was a little loose up top, so I ordered a 4 and the fit was great! I’m 5’1 140lbs length is fine once I have heels on. Can’t wait to wear to a fall wedding.
