Sizing Inaccurate

I normally wear any type of shoes in size 4 or 4.5. But this platform sandals are 1 size too big. Looked underneath the shoe and there’s a size 35 sticker on it. European and Asian sizes are a little different than the US. Their size 35 is equivalent to US size 5. Had to return it even though it looks and feels really cute. Wish it was a true size 4 but it’s not.
