don’t buy online

I order this set online and when i opened the box they had stolen the small bottle out of the box the small perfume was missing they packed it that way and sent it to me like that anyway I’m 100% sure that the employee who packed it stolen it because it was open it called customer service like 5x kept speaking to people in the Philippines who all said they would refund me my money and they never did finally i went to my local Macys and made a big deal i never got my money back all they gave me was another small perfume from another brand that i did not it was disappointing i have never issues with Macys shopping online but please be aware their customer service is ALL out of the country and its terrible
