Useless Customer Service

I didn’t get the product. Contacted Macy they were no help and didn’t want to give me a refund. Went through 3 online agents and 2 phone agents all no help

it’s ok

The pictures are a bit misleading. The bad is super tiny the lipstick and perfume are ok but the “ornament” is just a box
