    • Use the uppermost tip of the matte liquid lipstick applicator to line your lips with Tatouage Couture Velvet Cream high-impact color just as you would with a pencil
    • Turn the applicator on its side to brush the matte formula onto your lips
    • Define your lip contours with Touche Eclat Brightening Pen (sold separately) before applying color
    • For an instant lip plumping effect, define your lip contours with Touche Éclat Brightening Pen before applying color

Absolute fav, enraged that it’s discontinued

I am a lip makeup fanatic, and the shade beige underground has been my absolute favorite and go to shade for half a decade. I am utterly heartbroken that it is discontinued.

Not matte and you Need several coats for pigmentat

It is not matte and you Must apply several coats in order to get the high pigmentation. It lasted lest than 3 hrs and it Smeared!
