Bad Quality

I bought them and in less than a year they are not working. Very bad quantity very disappointing. I don’t recommend them at all.

I have had it for more than 3 yrs. and I love them. They cook perfectly. I am used to cooking with pressure cookers and never have I had any problem with them.

Waste of money

bought this set a year ago. i were very happy in start and used it not more then 4 times. Something happen to its top and stop making pressure anymore. I already passed a time for returning it and was very disappointed and mad on myself that why i choose it at the first place. now all these parts are useless for me without top.Never thought to left a review but today was looking something else and it pop up so i thought may be it will helpful for somebody and they will be saved from wasting their money.

NOT as described

Product description says “Visual pressure indicator and automatic pressure release system with two pressure settings”. THERE ARE NOT 2 PRESSURE SETTINGS. There is pressure release and clean. The 8.4 Qt pressure cooker sold alone says the same thing, but shows a picture of the top with a high and a low pressure setting. The description for that item is the same, but the product clearly is not the same. If this is “made for Macy’s”, then Macy’s should be more careful to advertise a product accurately. It’s not really hard to read a description and look to see that the item has what it says. The item is also not as heavy as I expected. I presently have an old Fagor pressure cooker that I’m replacing that does have 2 settings. This one just seems more cheaply made. .
