Solid pan; handles leave gray stains when touched

Overall the pan seems to be well built and a nice weight. It cleans easily in the dishwasher. We've only had it for a couple of weeks, so it's not clear how it will hold up in the long run. The big negative we have found so far is that the handles leave dark gray stains on your hands when the silicone protectors are not in place. The gray does come off with soap and water, but it is really annoying when doing the dishes. I wouldn't buy the pan again.

my favorite pan

This replaced a high end pan I’d had for many years. I love this pan. Frying, braising, & great for soups and hearty stews. I don’t like the silicone grips as they get hot and melt (gas stove) so I don’t use them. I use commercial grade potholders instead. This is so easy to clean. I also had a coupon and got this on sale so it was $100 less.

Look Don't Cook

After a few months, the non-stick coating became always-stick and Zavor did not stand behind their product. Warning: do not heat or cook food in this delicate pan.

Great all purpose pan

This is a great all purpose pan. From sautéing , frying even braising you will not be disappointed. I love the deeper depth and lid. It’s non stick surface is a bonus!
