I cannot return boots I cannot wear!

These boots are beautiful but I cannot get them on my feet. I ordered a size up but still unable to get them on and Last Act cannot be returned. What can I do

Classy Look

I wear a 6.5 ordered a 7.5. I chose a 7.5 because I add arch supports and I wear a light ankle sock. This boot has a nice classic style and looks very smart under boot cut black pants. The leather is decent (a tad stiff) and heel height is comfortable not too high. I was able to wear them 4 hours without discomfort the first time. I'm looking forward to breaking them in and have them mold to my foot. Warming them before wearing with a hair dryer will help with that and maybe a little shoe stretch spray for the toe box. I didn't find them hard to remove at all and I have a slightly thicker ankle and high arch. They're the type of boot that the more you wear them the better. I usually buy Ariat, Corral, Lane boots but needed this style quickly and on the cheap. Very pleased with what I received for the price. The only con was it didn't have much cushioning. Yes I'd recommend.

These boots look very nice in person but the sizing is off. One of my boots is so much tighter than the other.

Classic Cowgirl Boots0

I wear size 10m, ordered the 11m and they feel fine but I have to wear socks with them. I love the style, the 2.5 cowboy heel. The suede was a little worn looking in a few small spots but I figure they are going to look that way after wearing with jeans anyway. Not distracting, but none the less, I'm keeping them. I am ordering the black leather today.
