Zulay isn’t making these with attention to detail anymore. I had to return the first one because the housing wasn’t seated properly and the top of the whisk was also a millimeter or two below the handle, setting it up for early failure. At best they only last one and a half to two years of occasional use (3-5 times per week). I bought 2 and they both broke within weeks of each other. Zulay touts a lifetime warranty but they delay the process for weeks with numerous superfluous emails asking questions that I’ve already answered in a detailed video. Customer pays for the shipping . I finally received a replacement covered in some sort of gross stubborn sticky residue on the handle which I’m still fighting to remove which also had the assembly issues mentioned above. While it’s certainly not expensive and I love for protein shakes and instant breakfast powders for my grandson, view this as a product with limited lifetime that’s going to end up in a landfill somewhere.
