Could not place the order, Macy's kept canceling

Very strange that I got a request to leave a review. I tried placing an order, but Macy's kept canceling under the premise "they had to verify" information. After a few back-forth calls with the Macy's agents, they could not tell me why they kept canceling the order so I gave up.

Platform Bed by Zuriaa

It is a beautiful platform bed!!! Easy to assemble, I am 71 years old & did it all by myself!!! Took me quite a few hours, but I am sure someone else could have done it a bit sooner.
