Disappointed with Quality and Value

Disappointed with Quality and Value After just a couple of weeks, one of them stopped working. The build quality is poor, and the price is outrageously high for what you get. To make matters worse, since I no longer had the original packaging (I didn’t expect it to fail so quickly), a refund wasn’t possible. Overall, a frustrating experience — avoid this product.

Not USB compatible for rechargung

Everything works fine except the charging cord is not USB compatible, requiring user to purchase additional charging station. This being sold in the US the company should make it more user friendly. I ought my first one six months ago and have addressed this issue but it looks like this has fallen into deaf ears.

Pepper mill Light doesn’t work

I like this product, but the pepper mill came with a light defect. When I started using, the light wasn’t working regularly, but in the meantime, it’s completely off, even though the mill itself works best. I wonder if that’s a way for this to be fixed.
